Can my company donate goods or services?
Useful offers can include printing, teaching materials, or professional services. Describe the item or service, quantity, condition, location, and timing so RTD can review its educational purpose and practicality.
Please wait for agreement before buying, delivering, or shipping anything. For equipment or services involving the bus, scope and suitability need to be discussed in advance.
Is my contribution tax-deductible?
Rolling Transportation Discovery is an IRS-recognized 501(c)(3) public charity. EIN 42-5029526. Exemption effective September 9, 2026; determination letter dated October 6, 2026. Contributions are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. Contact outreach@rtdiscovery.org to request our determination letter.
How do we agree on the use and recognition?
Begin with a specific purpose: for example, printing an agreed safety activity or supplying materials for a planned visit. We can document the contribution, intended use, timing, and responsibilities before you commit.
If recognition is part of the arrangement, agree on the exact name or logo, placement, duration, and approval process. A proposed sponsorship is not announced as a confirmed partnership until both sides agree.
